Just needed the silly annual vehicle emissions inspection. Even though I told them I'd run across the street for a bite in case they needed a little time to get to me, they were super expedient and polite about it. Had my car done in 20 minutes. I love local businesses (even if it's a franchise?). Definitely going there for my next oil change or minor service. They seem to know how to earn your business.

I went in yesterday for an inspection. Oscar was a pro! Short wait time and great customer service! I'll be returning for an oil change and inspection on my 2nd vehicle.

I had 2 issues with this place: 1). They had a promo for an oil change for $24.95 with OIL FILTER INCLUDED however, after the completion of my oil change the owner said that I would have to pay an additional $4.95 for the oil filter... I had addressed this to the owner and he had said "well if you're going to broke over it then I wont charge you." Yeah.. I would spend that $4.95 and buy you a dictionary... which leads me to point #2). Over the course of my wait the owner had mispronounced my name twice. Subsequently, I had corrected him very politely. However, he still kept on mispronouncing almost making it sound like it was deliberate at that point. MONTHS later I received a service message from Lube Teck welcoming and reminding me to come back (yeah right) and this time misspelling my name. I had responded in a joke intended in the most puerile way however, someone had responded and claims that this was "a company generated text message" whilst still misspelling my name but in all caps... At this point I treated this as harassment. It doesn't seem like spelling or English reading comprehension is their forte- hence it's probably why they spell their name as "Lube Teck". Would not recommend.

The crew is always super friendly, there are discounts available on their site all the time, and it feels like a small town shop rather than a corporate franchise. We take all our cars here, and plan to for the foreseeable future. My wife and I are so happy to have them in the community!
